Loretta Manor Obituary

Loretta E. Manor, 96, of Eau Claire, died Thursday, April 9, 2015, at her residence. She was born on September 2, 1918, in Durand, WI, to Lawrence and Della (Morgan) Wachter. Loretta married Blaine B. Manor in Wabasha, MN. Loretta enjoyed painting, gardening, and quilting. Survivors include her son, David (Susan) of Osseo, WI; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; sister, Catherine Williams of Chippewa Falls; and son-in-law Nicholas Russo of Colfax; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Blaine in 2005; son, Victor Walker, daughter, Elise Russo; and infant daughter, Delaine Manor. Funeral services will be at Noon, on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave. in Eau Claire with Pastor Rolf A. Nestingen officiating. Visitation will be from two hours prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Clear View Cemetery, Eau Galle Township, Dunn County. The family appreciates and would like to thank Visiting Angels, St. Joseph Hospice and MCHS Hospice for their care of Loretta.
