LaVonne M. Naser, 71, of Mondovi, formerly of Eau Claire, died on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at American Lutheran Home in Mondovi, WI. LaVonne was born in Eau Claire, a daughter to Palmer and Magdalene (Ausman) Fletty. She was raised in Eau Claire and attended Memorial High School. She worked as a CNA for Sacred Heart Hospital for 20 years. Prior to CNA work, she worked hard at the former Holiday Inn in the housekeeping department. She worked hard and raised her 5 children the best she could. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, watching the cooking channels, and was a fabulous drawer. LaVonne is survived by her children, James (Kris) McClure, Mary McClure, Shannon (David) Urness, and Tammy Corriea; grandkids, Gabriel, Jon, and Kaylee Corriea, Katherine, Madeline, Emily, and Mark McClure, Hannah, Abbye, and Tyler Urness; 2 brothers, Peter Fletty of Pueblo, CO, and Paul (Charlie) Fletty of Eau Claire, WI; 2 sisters, Mary (Richard) Lindner of Brackett, WI, and Cathy (Mitchell) Olsen of Merrimac, WI; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael McClure; 7 brothers, Thomas, Joe, John, David, Donald, LaVerne “Buster”, and Jerry; and sister, Patricia MacLaughlin. A visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave, Eau Claire.
