Margery Edith Schneider

Margery Edith Schneider, age 88, passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by the love and care of her Family Tree Group Home staff. Marge was born on September 27th, 1930 in Eau Claire, WI to Ernest and Esther Schneider. She spent her life giving love and support to her parents, caring for her mother until Esther passed away at age 100. Marge was a member of Kiwanis International’s Aktion Club for many years and also served as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels with her brother, Bob Schneider. Marge loved dogs and always had one on her lap to nurture throughout her life. She also enjoyed fishing and watching the Green Bay Packers. Marge is survived by Robert E. Schneider (brother), Gail Schneider (sister-in-law), Greg Schneider (nephew), Anni Schneider-McCormick (niece), Paul Schneider (nephew), and Gina Schneider-Kiechle (niece) as well 8 great-nieces & nephews and 6 great-great-nieces & nephews. Our Family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to The Family Tree Group Home staff and residents for lovingly and devotedly caring for Marge. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 26, 2018, at the WEST CHAPEL of Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 1405 N. Clairemont Ave, Eau Claire, with Father Brian Jazdzewski officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
