Agnes S. Jacobs, 86, of Eau Claire and formerly of Stevens Point died Sunday, January 25, 2004 at her home. She was born in Minneapolis, MN on July 27, 1917, the daughter of Rudolph and Anne (Mohler) Johnson. Agnes married Clayton A. Jacobs on August 14, 1940 in Minneapolis, MN.\r\nShe was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Stevens Point where she was active in Art League.\r\nSurvivors include her husband, Clayton; her son, Robert of Chippewa Falls; two grandsons, Mark and Steven Jacobs; a sister, Helen Sanderson of Robbinsdale, MN; and nieces and nephews.\r\nAgnes was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Bruce; a brother, Herbert Johnson; and a sister, Edith Swetz.\r\nFamily memorial services will be held at a later date. Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral and Cremation Services assisted her family. Family requests memorials be directed to St. Joseph's Home Hospice, 2661 County Hwy I, Chippewa Falls, WI, 54729-1498.
