ALICE C. AUBERT, 83, of 225 10th Ave., died Friday, March 7, 1997 at her home. She was born November 20, 1913 in Eau Claire to Christian and Anna (Johnson) Anderson. She graduated from Eau Claire Senior High School with the Class of 1931. Alice married Joe "Red" Aubert on February 22, 1936 in Eau Claire. She worked as a cook for a time at Wally's Chalet until 1968. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.\r\nSurvivors include two sons, Dick (Michele) of Bloomer and Bob of Milwaukee; a daughter, Mary Lou (Bob) Ganther of Eau Claire; five grandchildren, Catherine (Geoff) Smith, Lori (Mitch) Flynn, Heather (Ivan) Simmerman, Joseph and Sara Ganther; many nieces and nephews.\r\nAlice was preceded in death by her husband, Joe in 1966; four brothers, Arnold, Harold, Lawrence "Bud" and Lyman "Pete"; and a sister, Luella Larson.\r\nFuneral Services will be at 11 A.M. Tuesday at Grace Lutheran Church with Pastor Howard Fehr officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may call 4 to 8 P.M. Monday at Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.
