Alice M. Fleury, 89, of Eau Claire, passed away Thursday, February, 18, 2016 at Care Partners in Eau Claire, WI. Alice was born on January 18, 1927, to Ora and Sadie (Huggins) Miles, in Eau Claire, WI. Alice married her husband G. William Fleury in October, 1947. Together, they had three children and enjoyed arts and crafts. They were particularly passionate about ceramics and painting. Alice did the bookkeeping for her husband's business, Arrow Alignment, in Eau Claire. Alice volunteered in the gift shop at Sacred Heart Hospital for many years. She worked at Taco Johns for 15 years. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling with her husband and bingo with friends. Alice is survived by her three children, Bill (Tina) Fleury, Pat (Charlie) Cramer, and Jeff Fleury; nine grandchildren, Julie (Tony) Ludwig, Rosalie (Andy) Flatland, Tim (Missy) Fleury, Laura Lancette, Ron (Leslie) Lancette, Lisa Camen, Chrystal Williams, Savannah Fleury, and Jeffery (Cammie) Fleury; twelve great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and sister, Jean Peterson. Alice is preceded in death by her parents; husband, G. William Fleury; siblings, Marie, Dorie, Lamona, and brother Bob; two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law. Funeral services for Alice will be held at 6pm on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the downtown location of Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave, Eau Claire, with David Lato officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will take place at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Eau Claire at 10:30 am Friday, February 26, 2016.
