Ardith L. Starr, 92, of Elizabethtown, KY, formerly of Eau Claire, died on Sunday, July 9, 2017, in Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Elizabethtown, KY. Ardith was born on October 20, 1925, a daughter to Carl and Della Adams, in Darfur, MN. She married Harry J. "Hal" Starr. She was a homemaker, a member of Sweet Adeline for 25 years, and member of the same hobby club for over 40 years. Survived by her son, Michael (Lisa); granddaughter, Samantha; and sister, Marge Tollefson. Preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Robert Adams; sisters, Carol Severson and LaDonna Odell. A Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2017, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave, Eau Claire, with Jim Ahlquist officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Eau Claire. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Plymouth Congregational Church, 2010 W Moholt Dr, Eau Claire, WI 54703 Eau Claire, WI.
