Barbara "Babs" Blystone, 76, 520 Congress St., age 76, died Wednesday, November 21, 2001 at her residence. She was born on December 8, 1924 to George Oliver and Annabel (Howe) Blystone in Hollywood, CA. \r\nBabs graduated from Hollywood High School, and in 1948 she moved with her mother to Eau Claire. She will long be remembered for her great enthusiasm for life and the positive attitude with which she began each new day. Babs was an especially enthusiastic Green Bay Packer Fan!\r\nSurvivors include her cousin, Jasper Blystone of Los Angeles, CA; six nephews and nieces, Wayne (Agnes) Blystone Clark of West Allis, Kirk (Cookie) Blystone Clark of Aurora, CO, Rusty (Becky) Blystone Clark of Tampa, FL, Annabel Blystone Clark of Shawano, George Blystone of Waynesburg, PA, and Stephanie Tascione of Sun Valley, CA; her longtime special friend, Helen Swenson; her many friends throughout the Grace organization; and very special friends, Tim and Char Clark of Eau Claire whom her family wishes to acknowledge for their devoted love and attention to Babs.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents.\r\nFuneral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 2001 at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, with Pastor Andrew Boe officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery.
