Beverly A. Alf, 68, Rt. 5, Chippewa Falls, died Saturday, July 20, 1996 at Luther Hospital. She was born October 16, 1927 in Eau Claire to Ernest and Alice (Hagen) Meier. She graduated from Eau Claire Senior High School with the class of 1946. Beverly married William "Bill" Alf on September 18, 1949 in Eau Claire. She retired as an office worker with Uniroyal after thirty-five years of service in 1984. Beverly was an avid golfer who will be remember for her gracious understanding of others and devotion to her family.\r\nSurvivors include her husband, William; a son, Steven (Connie) Alf of Eau Claire; two granddaughters, Jennifer and Brittany Alf; two sisters, Winifred(Floyd) Krause and Cornelia (Milton) Peterson all of Eau Claire; several nieces and nephews.\r\nBeverly was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Dr. Naunda Tietz and Audrey Hetzer.\r\nFuneral Services will be at 2 P.M. Tuesday at Grace Lutheran Church with Pastor Gordon D. Thorpe officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery.Friends may call 4-8 P.M.
