Beverly E. Voss, age 92, a lifelong resident of Eau Claire, died, Friday, September 09, 2016 at The Syverson Home in Eau Claire. Beverly was born to Helmer and Agnes (Christopherson) Johnson in Eau Claire. She graduated High School from Eau Claire Senior High. She was married to Gerald W. Voss on June 4, 1950 in Eau Claire. Beverly began work as a dental assistant for Dr. Hanson, then worked for Midelfort Clinic in Eau Claire in the office for pediatrics and O.B. She then went back to work as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Dave Johnson of Hill Street Dental, retiring after twenty-five years. Beverly loved to bake goodies. Anyone who knew her would know she was a huge basketball fan. Beverly also enjoyed flowers Beverly is survived by one son, David (Sue Bates) Voss of Eau Claire; one daughter, Anita (Dale) Reid of Eau Claire; two grandsons, Andrew Reid and Peter Reid, both of Eau Claire; one sister, Edna Franks of Grants Pass, OR; and several nieces and nephews. Beverly was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters. A Memorial Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave, Eau Claire. Visitation will take place from Noon until time of service at the funeral home. Memorials should be donated to Eau Claire Special Olympics Adults Agency 3-06 of Eau Claire or to the charity of donor's choice.
