Bonnie J. Dehnke, 69, of Eau Claire, died Monday January 22, 2007, at Dove Health Care.\r\nShe was born in Eau Claire on November 20, 1937, the daughter of Herman and Evelyn (Peterson) Hrubesch.\r\nBonnie graduated from Eau Claire Senior High School in 1956.\r\nShe married Harold C. Dehnke on August 23, 1958, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Fall Creek. Bonnie and Harold lived in East Troy for over 42 years. Together, they enjoyed pontooning on Potters Lake with all of their friends.\r\nFollowing the passing of her husband on March 25, 2005, she relocated back to Eau Claire. Bonnie always loved talking to her neighbors, tending to her flower garden and relaxing on her deck which overlooked her flowers.\r\nBonnie is survived by two sons, Chris Dehnke of Esko, MN and Brian Dehnke of East Troy, WI; three sisters, Joann (Erwin) Dehnke, LaVonne Hrubesch, and Donna Rosenthal all of Eau Claire; brother, a Ronald (Joan) Hrubesch of Eau Claire; and many nieces and nephews.\r\nBonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; her parents; and a brother, Gerald Hrubesch.\r\nFuneral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 26, 2007, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home with Pastor Jim McKay officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Eau Claire. Family and friends may call one hour prior to the time of services Friday at the funeral home.
