BRAD J. "RAD" DUTTER, 36, of 2508 Robert Road, died Saturday, June 13, 1998, as a result of a boating accident. He was born on August 27, 1961 in Rockford, Illinois to Charles E. and Jeanne M. (Bleske) Dutter. As a young boy, he moved with his family to Eau Claire. Brad married Linda M. Mattson on September 28, 1982 in Eau Claire. He was a self-employed home remodeling contractor.\r\nSurvivors include his wife, Linda; a son, Kyle; and a daughter, Kayla both at home; his parents; two brothers, Darwin of Chippewa Falls and Chuck (Jill) of Eau Claire; two sisters, Annette (Dennis) O'Donnell of Chippewa Falls, and Julie "Kim" Olson of Eau Claire; his grand father, Bernie Bleske of Chetek; nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; and cousins.\r\nHe was preceded in death by a sister, Corrine McMillen.\r\nLiving life to his fullest everyday, "Rad's" artistic talents, whether it be a pencil drawing or remodeling a house, his philosophy was always " The Beauty is within the Eyes of the Beholder". As deeply as he will be missed, his spirit will always remain free as an eagle. \r\nLove you and miss you - May you rest in Peace - On Eagles Wings.\r\nFamily and Friends are invited to gather for a Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. Friday, at the Hillside Pavilion in lower Mt. Simon Park with Pastor James Schaefer officiating. Visitation will began at 2 p.m. Friday at the Pavilion. His family will also remain at the park following services to greet friends.
