Carl E. Adams, 45, of Chippewa Falls, died Sunday, May 23, 2010, at his home after committing suicide.\r\nHe was born on September 5, 1964, in Eau Claire, a son of Robert&Jane (Hoover) Adams.\r\nHe had a great passion for fishing, skydiving, and deer hunting with his grandpa, uncles and cousins.\r\nCarl is survived by his daughter, Crystine; his mother, Jane Cronkhite, and his grandparents, John & Thelma Hoover.\r\nHe was preceded in death by his father, Robert Adams; and his grandparents, Carl & Della Adams. \r\nA Memorial Service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2010, at Lenmark Gomsrud Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Avenue, Eau Claire, with Pastor Rolf Nestingen officiating. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the start of the service at the funeral home on Thursday.
