Charles Eric Erickson

September 06, 1987 - February 23, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Charles Erickson. Even though our time with him was short, it was definitely a memorable one.

Charles was born on September 06, 1987 to Dennis and Nancy Erickson of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Charles was a very special person; he would help anyone in need. He always had a smile on his face and brought laughter and joy to everyone around him. Charles was the smartest out of his siblings. He was like a sponge and learned faster than the normal person in school and in his employment. Charles had an adventurous spirit; he loved the outdoors, fishing, kayaking, zip lining, and traveling. Let’s not forget the love of movies, music, and gaming with his PS5. Charles probably had every game you could imagine for his PS5.

Charles was a wonderful son, brother, nephew and uncle. We had so much fun together as children while growing up. We would always ride bikes everywhere, and climb and build forts in the trees. We would play cops and robbers. We loved catching salamanders and snakes by our house. We would try and keep them and our mother would always make us bring them back outside. Life was simpler back then. On Saturday mornings we would always watch cartoons or play on our Nintendo.

Once out of school we started working. Charles worked for Ashley furniture from 2010 until Present. He was promoted early on to run a CNC drilling machine. Charles was very happy for his job.

The void that is left in our lives is massive and hard to comprehend, but Charles would want for us to enjoy each and every day until we meet again. Loved by his parents Dennis and Nancy Erickson, beloved sisters Nancy (Julio Ramirez), Chrissy Erickson, and Becky Erickson. His brothers Denny Erickson (Fransisca), and Johnny Erickson. His Nieces and Nephews Natallia, Amarie, Avian, Quincy, Aaliyah, Millie, and Zoey. We will see you on the other side brother!

The Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral and Cremation Services (814 1st Avenue), Eau Claire, WI 54703
