Claire E. Cramblit, 76, of Eau Claire, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire. Claire was born on March 4, 1939, in Eau Claire, to Ray James Cramblit Sr. and Eva Clara (Schiffelbine) Cramblit. She graduated from Eau Claire High School in 1957. Claire started working at Munsmunsing Ware in Minneapolis and then returned to Eau Claire to work at Persto and later Syverson Lutheran Home for over 20 years. Claire loved dancing and was an avid Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers fan. She also held a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews. Claire is survived by her sister, Elaine Henke of Chippewa Falls; brother, Grant (Luanne) Cramblit of Eau Claire Claire; nephew, Eric Cramblit; two nieces, Ann (Chris) Hewitt and Renee (Jason) Boehn; and her four-legged companion, Sassy. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister in infancy; and brother, Ray James Cramblit Jr. The family would like to thank Clone Caipe-Rick Thold-Mark, Darla, Jared and Jordan Weinfurtner-Betty Baxter-Wallace O'Neill-Dorothy Kruschke-Clairemont Nursing Home-Deer Wood Assisted Living-Mit Shaw and Vickie Ihel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire.
