Colleen J. Repaal, 64, of Eau Claire, died Tuesday, December 23, 2003 at Luther Hospital. She was born June 30, 1939 in Superior, WI, the daughter of Gerald and Marion (Swanson) McGill.\r\nSurvivors include four daughters, Debra Repaal, Julie (Peter) Phippen, Michelle (Tony) Nelson and Donna (Scott) Pieper all of Eau Claire; her son, James Repaal of Eau Claire; five grandchildren, Nicole Phippen, Bridget, Leah, and Taylor Pieper and Bailey Repaal; a sister, Jill (Delbert) Lythgoe of Albuquerque, NM; and many nieces and nephews.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Gerald McGill Jr.\r\nColleen was a gentle spirit who was very proud of her Irish heritage. She was a person of faith, who enjoyed simple pleasures shared with family and friends such as a love of good music and reading novels. She will be deeply missed.\r\nFuneral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 27, 2003 at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home with Father Edmund Klimek officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
