Corrine "Connie" M. Ulrich, died peacefully at her home surrounded by her caregivers on November 23, 2017. Connie was born in Eau Claire, WI, on June 11, 1929, to Herbert and Clara (Nelson) Ulrich. Connie graduated from Eau Claire High School in 1947 and she then attended the University of LaCrosse and graduated in 1951 with a degree in Physical Education. After college, Connie taught at Memorial High School for many years and coached a number of girls gymnastics and track and field teams. She also enjoyed helping with many different drama performances at MHS. Connie loved to travel, was an avid antique collector, played bridge with many different friends, enjoyed buying and renovating houses and loved her pug dogs. She was an advocate for wayward women and always willing to help anyone in need. Connie is preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Ulrich and her parents. A graveside service was held at Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire November 29, 2017, with Pastor David Irgens officiating.
