David L. Myers, 71, of Eau Claire, died Monday, October 5, 2015, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire. He was born in Eau Claire on February 11, 1944, a son of Flavius and Phyllis (Thalacker) Myers. David graduated from Memorial High School with the Class of 1963. He married Faye Connolly on June 3, 1968, at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Chippewa Falls, WI. David had worked at Nestle until retirement and later worked for Abby Van David enjoyed life to the fullest and especially liked to spend time with his family and friends. David is survived by his wife, Faye; daughter, Stacey (Richard) Davis of Chippewa Falls; five grandchildren; three brothers, Gary (Dixie) Myers, Steve (Doreen) Myers and Gordy (Kim) Myers; sister, Debbie (Larry) Berg; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Carol Spear; and a son, Brian Myers. Services will be held at a later date.
