Donald L. Anderson, 79, of Bosque Farms, NM and formerly of Colfax, WI passed away Sunday, July 1, 2007, at the Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, NM.\r\nHe was born in Colfax, WI on May 16, 1928, to Helmer A. and Inga B. (Tollefson) Anderson. Don grew up on their dairy farm in rural Colfax. He graduated from Colfax High School. \r\nDon married Faith Foster on October 16, 2003, in Tonapah, AZ.\r\nDon worked in photography for the National School Studios. He also drove long haul for Mayflower, Bekins Van Lines and Swift Van Lines for many years.\r\nDon is survived by his wife, Faith; a daughter, Tena Anderson of Mesa, AZ; two sons, Dana (Amanda) Anderson of Australia and Eric (Lory) Anderson of Maxwell AFB, AL; three grandsons, Aaron, Zachary, and Jason Anderson; a sister, Mathilde Anderson of Eau Claire; two step-daughters, Jennifer Saiz of Bosque Farms, NM and Wendy (Mark) Kostora, of Los Alamos, NM and many cousins and friends.\r\nHe was preceded in death by his parents; and an infant brother, Harald Anderson.\r\nMemorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 7, 2007, at Holden Lutheran Church in Grant Township rural Colfax with Pastor Paul Tobiason officiating. Burial will be in Holden Lutheran Church Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Saturday at the church. Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.\r\n \r\n
