Donald W. Lee, age 86, of Eau Claire, WI, died, Saturday, August 15, 2015 at his home in Eau Claire. He was born September 6, 1928 in Eau Claire, WI; son of William & Wealtha (Mjeld) Lee. He was a member of the Mc Donald's Coffee Club on Clairemont Ave. Don enjoyed spending time with family and friends and the coffee time was a time for conversation and solving the "worlds problems." Don was passionate about golf. He was also an enthusiast about all sports. He also enjoyed pontooning with family and friends. He was a down to earth person who didn't need anything special. Everything he had was suitable for a "normal" man and not frivolous. He is survived by his daughter, Pamela (Raymond) Figueroa of Morristown, NJ; two grandchildren, Brian (Dionne) Selig and Eric (Shannon) Selig both of Houston, TX; five great-grandchildren, Jared, Bonnie, Evelyn, Sophia & Adam; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; previous wife, Patricia; longtime companion, Beverly; son, John and his companion, Musette; four brothers, Art, Bob, Chuck and Harold; and one sister, Ione. A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m, on Saturday, August 22, 2015, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, West, 1405 Clairemont Ave, Eau Claire, WI, 54703. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place following the service at Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire. WI.
