Donna Mae Blakeley, 74, of Altoona died Sunday, December 19, 2004 at North Collier Hospital in Naples, Florida. She was born in Fall Creek, Wisconsin on June 2, 1930, the daughter of George and Mabel (Rye) Roesler. She graduated from Fall Creek High School with the class of 1948.\r\nDonna married Lynn H. Blakeley at First Lutheran Church in Eau Claire on June 6, 1948. \r\nThey lived many years in Fall Creek, Reedsburg and La Crosse, prior to moving back to the Eau Claire area this past summer. Donna had been active with the hospital auxiliary and Red Cross in both Reedsburg and La Crosse, and was a member of Federated Woman's Club and PEO.\r\nSurvivors include her husband, Lynn; daughter, Lynda Koehn (Kevin) of Altoona, and their five children, Tony Koehn (Julie), Anna Forrest (Matt), Bryan, Michelle and Jason Koehn, and two great grandchildren Amber Forrest and Max Koehn; three sons, Jeffery Blakeley (friend, Karen Hendersin) of La Crosse, and his three children Sarah, Joshua (Amanda Hanson) and Katherine Blakeley, and a great granddaughter, Alexis Hanson, Scott Blakeley (friend, Holly Hastings) of Pekin, IL, and his two children, Emily and Zachary Blakeley, Craig Blakeley (Julie) of Burnsville, MN, and their two children Amelia Mae and Alexander Blakeley; two special grandchildren, Jonathan and Dina Sewell-Finkel; brother-in-law, Everett Blakeley Sr. of Eau Claire; sister-in-law, Dorothy Blakeley of Menomonie; and nieces and nephews.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter-in-law, Roxanne Blakeley.\r\nFuneral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 27, 2004 at First Lutheran Church with Pastor Kurt M. Jacobson officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.\r\nHer family requests memorials be directed to the American Lung Association of WI, 150 S.
