Doreen L. Kolstad, 65, of Eau Claire died Sunday, March 7, 2004 at Luther Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born March 31, 1938 in Bruce, Wisconsin, the daughter of Pearle and LuLu (Rusch) Williams. She moved to Eau Claire with her family in 1954.\r\nDoreen married John Kolstad on February 8, 1958 in Stillwater, Minnesota.\r\nSurvivors include her husband, S. John; son, Chris (Maureen) of Altoona; daughters, Tammy Pederson of Jim Falls, Virginia (Daniel) Rude and Becky (Donn) Adams both of Elk Mound; Tina (Jason) Dean of Eau Claire; 20 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Johnny Pederson; her brothers and sisters.\r\nShe will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.\r\nFuneral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 12, 2004 at Pentecostal Assembly 9-Nineth Avenue with Roy Clickner officiating. Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Friday at the church.
