Dorothy Ann (Bartig) Isham, 89, of Eau Claire passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at her home. She was born March 31, 1934 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin to William and Dora (Redmond) Bartig. She graduated from Eau Claire Senior High School class of 1952. On April 6, 1963 she married Raymond Isham. Dorothy was a homemaker and lifetime member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, where she also worked in the Preschool before retiring. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Isham; sons, Mark Isham and Randy (Ruby) Isham; granddaughters, Haley Isham, Jaycie Isham, Kassidy Isham; great-grandchildren, Avery, Aliyah, Johnathan and Rhett; sister, Lois Sakalaucks; and numerous loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by son, Daniel Ray Isham and daughters, Kari Kay Isham and Susan Ann Isham; brothers and sisters-in- laws; Harold and Arlene Bartig, James and Lorraine Bartig; Sister, Phyllis Bartig and brother-in-law, Herbert Sakalaucks; Dorothy's family wish to thank St. Joseph's Hospice for their loving care during her illness. A funeral Service will be held at 11am on Friday, June 9, 2023, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral & Cremation Services-WEST CHAPEL, 1405 N Clairemont Ave., Eau Claire, WI with Reverend Jeff Carlson officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Lunch will follow the service. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Eau Claire.
