DOROTHY E. DICKENSHIED, 85, formerly of Green Bay, died Wednesday, April 23, 1997 at Fall Creek Valley Nursing Home in Fall Creek, WI. She was born March 19, 1912 in Green Bay to Elmer and Anna (Staska) Lenz. Dorothy married Milton J. Dickenshied on May 22, 1934 in Green Bay. They lived there until moving to Eau Claire in 1950, where they became members of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Following Milton's death in 1984, Dorothy returned to Green Bay where she resided until due to ill health, she moved back to Eau Claire. \r\nSurvivors include a son, Mike Dickenshied of Eau Claire; daughter, Ann (James) Adrian of Richmond,IL; grandson, Christopher Adrian of Richmond,IL; a sister, Florence Peters of Green Bay; many nieces and nephews. \r\nShe was preceded in death by her husband, a brother, Elmer Lenz and a sister, Ruth Krummey.\r\nMass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral in Green Bay with Mgsr. Peter Klauck officiating. Entombment will be in Shrine of The Good Shepherd Mausoleum in Green Bay. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home, Eau Claire and one hour prior to services on Monday at the Cathedral in Green Bay.
