Dorothy M. Heisler, 63, of Eau Claire died Friday, December 5, 2008, as a result of an automobile accident. She was born in Amery, Wisconsin on February 16, 1945, a daughter of Archie and Bernice (Thompson) Conrad.\r\nShe graduated from New Richmond High School with the class of 1965.\r\nDorothy married Clarence M. Heisler on March 18, 1981, in Eau Claire.\r\nDorothy is survived by her husband, Clarence; two sons, Russell and Eric Heisler both of Eau Claire; sister, Evie (Cliff) Hill of Oregon City, OR; and brother Vernon Conrad of New Richmond.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Donald Conrad; and her grandson, Yuepheng Heisler.\r\nServices will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Eau Claire with Father William A. Dhein officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Eau Claire. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lenmark Gomsrud Linn Funeral Home, Eau Claire and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church. There will be a 6:30 p.m. Public Prayer Service Tuesday at the funeral home.\r\n
