Elizabeth A. "Betsy" (Frank) Olinger, 79, of Eau Claire, WI died on Saturday, February 12, 2022 of multiple complications at Mayo Clinic Health System, Eau Claire.

Betsy is survived by her adored husband; Jim "Olie" Olinger of 51 years, son; David (Kim Walker), treasured grandson; Dalton, son; Danny (Lou Heidel), sister; Mary Frank, many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Betsy was quiet but with lots of laughter, always thoughtful, loving and personally religious. She cherished birds, animals, wildlife, organizing and collecting ALL things.

A Celebration of life with urn viewing will be held June 25, 2022, from 12pm-7pm at Seymour Town Hall, Town of Seymour, 6500 Tower Drive, Eau Claire, WI 54703
