Eugene M. Hazard, 52, of Cadott died Thursday, April 14, 2005, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Eugene was born in Santa Monica, California on October 2, 1952, the son of Gil and Janet (Lee) Hazard.\r\nEugene enjoyed boating in the summer. He had a passion for mechanics and fixing things, and taught his sons how to properly care for tools. He also liked to occasionally gamble.\r\nSurvivors include his three sons, Michael (Angie) Hazard of Whitehall, Jeff (Jill) Rogers of Eau Claire, and Mike LaGow of Neillsville; five grandchildren, Austin Hazard, Mitchell Hazard, Kreedyn Hazard, Josh LaGow and Zachary LaGow; a sister, Joann Hazard of Chicago; a close friend, Mark Biggs, of Bloomer; and his dog, Lady.\r\nFuneral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, April 18, 2005, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home with Rev. John Schone officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Family and friends may call one hour prior to services Monday at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home.
