Felix E. Jungerberg, 87, of Eau Claire, passed away at home on Tuesday, December 25, 2012. Felix was born on December 31, 1924, in Fall Creek to Fred and Adelia (Henning) Jungerberg. He owned his own business building homes in the Putnam Heights neighborhood over many years. After his retirement he enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and spending time with his family and grand-dogs. Felix is survived by his wife of 64 years, Beverly of Eau Claire; children, Steven (Pamela) of Carmel, CA, Pat Jungerberg of Eau Claire, and Rick (Lori) of Eau Claire; Grand-dogs, Samantha and Isabella; brother, Delbert (Delores) Jungerberg of Green Bay; sister, Inez (Lawrence) Dehnke of Fall Creek; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Esther Sell, Dorothy Welke, Milton, Leslie, Arvin, Edwin and Harvey Jungerberg. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 28, 2012, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1314 E. Lexington Blvd. in Eau Claire with Pastor Kurt Jacobson officiating. Visitation will start at 12:30 p.m. at church. Private burial will take place at Forest Hill Cemetery in Eau Claire at a later date.
