FRANCES J. DAHL, 92, of Eau Claire, died Tuesday, February 20, 2001 at The Clairemont. She was born on March 12, 1908 in Eau Claire to Albert and Hannah (Hillestad) Siebert. Frances graduated from Eau Claire Senior High School with the class of 1927. She graduated from Luther Hospital School of Nursing and in later years worked at Sacred Heart Hospital, retiring in 1970. Frances was united in marriage to Oscar W. Dahl and they were both life long residents of Eau Claire. \r\nSurvivors include her son, Gene (Shirley) of Maple Grove, MN; three grandchildren, Michelle Dahl, Carmen (Troy) Pribyl, and Michael (Pauline) Dahl; four great-grandchildren, Ryan Dahl, Michaela and Marissa Pribyl and Brendan Dahl; and her sister, Alice Lund of Eau Claire.\r\nFrances was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar in 1963; and a son, John.\r\nFuneral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church Chapel, with Pastor Rolf A. Nestingen officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call an hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
