Gaye M. Pueschner, 76, of Eau Claire, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2016, at Golden Valley Rehab & Care Center in Golden Valley, MN. Gaye was born on May 10, 1940 to Gordon Sr. and Edith (Axmark) Gustafson. On December 5, 1964, Gaye married Marvin Pueschner, at Salem Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, MN. Gaye worked at the Child Development Center for Luther Hospital in Eau Claire. She was a member of Unity Christ Center and enjoyed writing, scrapbooking, gardening and flute playing. Gaye is survived by her son, Gordon (Beata) Pueschner of Eagan, MN; daughter, Kerry (Thomas) Rademacher of St. Louis Park, MN; son-in-law, David Rivers; 6 grandchildren, Zachery, Sierra, Shane, Apolonia, Serafina and Gabrysia; and also numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin; daughter, Cheri Rivers; brother, Gordon Gustafson Jr.; and two sisters, Nancy Lommel and Jeune Johnson. A celebration of Gaye's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2016, at Unity Christ Center, 1808 Folsom St. in Eau Claire, with Rev. Sandra McKinney officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the celebration. Memorials may be directed to the Unity Christ Center, 1808 Folsom St. Eau Claire, WI 54703.
