Irene C. Bartlett, 68, of the Town of Seymour, died at the Clairemont Nursing Home and Rehabilitation, in Eau Claire, WI, on Friday, October 23, 2015. Irene was born on February 26, 1947, in Great Falls, Montana to Dale and Elaine (Armstrong-Swayze) Fenner. Irene married Robert Bartlett, February 25, 1965 at Our Redeemer Church in Eau Claire. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and specifically enjoyed camping with Robert at Lake Winter. Irene loved to play "the machines." She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Irene is survived by Robert; daughter-in-law, Sally Bartlett; two granddaughters, Chelsey Rohland and Brianna (Fiancé, Jeffrey Smith) Bartlett; great granddaughter, Arieannah Rohland; three sisters, Marcia, Sharon and Rita all from Montana. Irene is preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Brian and Eugene Bartlett; grandson, Alexander Bartlett; two brothers, Duane Swayze and David Fenner. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave, Eau Claire, WI, with Pastor Carl Kangas officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at a later date at Popple Creek American Cemetery in the Town of Grant.
