Jacob Glenn Luecke, nine days old, passed away on June 30, 2003 following a short battle with congenital heart disease. He was born on June 21, 2003 to Jeff and Heather (Holman) Luecke of Dallas, TX.\r\nSurvivors include his parents; grandparents, Lloyd and Judith Luecke of Howards Grove, WI and Glenn and Kathleen Holman of Faribault, MN; five uncles, four aunts, and many cousins.\r\nDespite the fact that Jacob was with us for only a short time, he brought us much joy each day he was with us and was a sweet blessing from the Lord. \r\nGraveside memorial services for Jacob will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, July 12, 2003, at Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire, WI. Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral and Cremation Services, Eau Claire, WI is assisting the family with local arrangements.\r\nIn lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children's Medical Center of Dallas, 1935 Motor Street, Dallas, TX, 75235.
