Jane H. Lund, 89, of Eau Claire died Sunday, August 14, 2005, at her home. She was born in Eau Claire on August 20, 1915, the daughter of Julius and Emma (Schaedler) Bonus. Jane was baptized and confirmed at Epiphany Lutheran Church. She graduated from Eau Claire Senior High School with the class of January 1934. Jane married her husband, Clare "Jim" Lund in Eau Claire on June 24, 1935. They celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary this year.\r\nShe bartended in the 9th Ward for 25 years and then catered for Westgate Sportsman Club for many years. She was a charter member joining Westgate in 1955. Jane was an avid fisherwoman and in later years loved playing Bingo. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.\r\nSurvivors include her husband, Jim; two daughters, Virginia (Cecil) Wold and Diane Lund both of Eau Claire; three grandchildren, Sherry, Jim and Steve (Kim) Wold, all of Eau Claire; five great grandchildren, Stephan (Jessica) Wold of Benicia, CA, Heather (Travis) Garside, Olie, Tanya, and Jolene Wold all of Eau Claire; four great-great grandchildren; her sister, Shirley (Gale) Seever of Columbia Heights, MN; sister-in-law, Marcella Bonus, and brother-in-law, Romaine Lund of Eau Claire; and nieces and nephews\r\nJane was preceded in death by her parents, Jule and Emma Bonus, her brother, Edward Bonus; and infant sister, Doris Bonus.\r\nFuneral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2005, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Altoona, with Pastor David B. Karolus officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.\r\n
