Janet (Brownell) Cotton, 72, of Zephyrhills, FL, formerly of Eau Claire, died on October 28, 2012, in Zephyrhills. She was born on July 29, 1940, in Eau Claire. Janet was a charter member of The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Eau Claire. Janet is survived by her husband, Fred Cotton of Zephyrhills, FL; son, Douglas (Ann) Cotton of Bixby, OK; daughter, Diane Hofstadter of Ramsey, MN; sister, Karen Marten of Moundville, AL; three grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Brownell; and mother, Dagny Brownell. Graveside Service will be at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Rest Haven Cemetery in the Town of Washington-Eau Claire. Pastor Don Wisner will officiate.
