Janet Galston, 67, of Eau Claire died Thursday, November 6, 2008, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.\r\nShe was born on August 13, 1941, a daughter of Duncan and Ruth Galston.\r\nJanet was a resident of Northern Center until 1997, she then moved to Eau Claire to join her new family with Lutheran Social Services.\r\nJanet is survived by her two sisters, Virginia (Harry) Childs of Waynesville, OH and Kathy (Richard) Larson of Beloit, WI; and her brother, Thomas (Marian) Galston of Neenah, WI.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents.\r\nSpecial thanks to Janet's friends and caregivers at Lutheran Social Services for all of their excellent care given to her.\r\nFuneral services will be at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home in Eau Claire. Burial will be private in West Lawn Cemetery, Augusta. Family and friends may call one hour prior to services at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home.
