JEANETTE RUST SOLBERG, 51, a life long resident of Eau Claire, died Tuesday, December 16, 1997 at Oakwood Villa, in Altoona after a long illness. She was born June 27, 1946 to Robert and Elaine (Delmore) Rust in Eau Claire. Jeanette graduated from Regis High School with the class of 1964. She had been employed at Owen-Ayres and Associates as an executive secretary, from 1970 to 1978, and then Northern States Power.\r\nShe was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, and had been an active volunteer with the Kinship Program. \r\nSurvivors include her father, Robert Rust; her sisters and brothers, Joan (Jim) Stillman of Green Bay, Nancy (Jim) Schrantz of Coon Rapids,MN, Ruth Johnson of Prairie Farm, John (Linda) Rust of Libertyville,IL, Tom Rust of Eau Claire, Judy (Mark) Lenmark of Rice Lake, Barb (Ken) Stolp of Eau Claire, Kathy (Larry) Prell of Neenah, Steve (Paula) Rust and Don (Paula) Rust both of Eau Claire; and many nieces and nephews.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her mother, Elaine, in 1986.\r\nFuneral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with Father John W. Steiner officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery.Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home.
