Henderson, age 60, of Chippewa\r\nFalls, died May 4, 2011 at Luther Hospital\r\nafter a lengthy illness.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nHe was born on August 23, 1950, to Raymond and Hildegarde\r\n"Pat" (Hamm)\r\nHenderson. Jeff attended college a UW Eau Claire, but decided to join the Marine\r\nCorp and served his country with pride. After returning, he married Kathy Boyea\r\non June 17, 1978, and began working as a surveyor, meat cutter, tire builder\r\nand assistant store manager until he retired in 2004, due to his illness. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nHe loved being outdoors and this summer, he was looking\r\nforward to being outside with his grandchild, Kaeden. He was a member of Lake Street\r\n United Methodist\r\n Church and due to his illness;\r\nhe would always listen to the services on the radio every Sunday morning. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nJeff is survived by his wife of 33 years, Kathy of Chippewa\r\nFalls; son, Jason, US Air Force, stationed in Kuwaitt; daughter, Laura (Jeremy\r\nBowe) of Chippewa Falls; grandchild, Kaeden Bowe, his "Double K" as he called\r\nhim; mother, Pat Henderson of Eau Claire; brothers, Douglas (Theresa) Henderson\r\nof Menomonie, and Dennis (Charlene) Henderson of Lake City, MN; 3 nieces; 3 nephews; grand-nieces and grand-nephews; and\r\nmany other relatives and friends.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nHe was preceded in death by his father, Raymond in 2001; grandparents,\r\nA. Ray and Susan Henderson and Leonard and Albe Hamm; along with his brothers,\r\nGregory and David; \r\n\r\nFuneral Service will be at 11AM on Monday, May 9, 2011, at Lake\r\nStreet United Methodist Church with Pastor Graham N. West officiating. Visitation\r\nwill be one hour prior to the service. Private Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery with American Legion Post #53 conducting Military Honors.
