Jim Brionne Sackett, 49, passed away early Saturday, March 19, 2016, at his home in Menomonie, WI from sleep apnea complications. Jim was born on March 23, 1966. Jim will always be remembered for his lofty dreams and his soft heartedness even in in the face of hard times. He never spoke ill of anyone. Jim, may your spirit be free to soar. Jim is survived by his sister, Margaret (Eddie) Weiss in Nashville, TN; his brother, Lex (Nissa) Tinker-Sackett in Eau Claire, WI; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Jim was preceded in death by his father, Harold (Sonny) Sackett; his mother, Margaret "Meg" (Peterson) Sackett; two baby brothers, Eric and Mac Sackett; grandparents, Leigh and Miriam Peterson and Lloyd and Lila Sackett. A graveside service for Jim will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 11 am at Forest Hill Cemetery, 811 Emery Street, in Eau Claire.
