Joseph Elmer Barlow, 21 was born September 2, 1985 to Joseph Barlow, Jr. and Diana Fuller. He traded this home for a home in glory on Sunday September 17, 2006 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He confessed hope in Christ at an early age, at the First Tabernacle Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend John H. Parrish. He attended Duncan Elementary School Gary of IN, Altoona Middle School and graduated from Altoona High School in 2004. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Barlow, Jr.; paternal grandfather Joseph Barlow, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Elmer and Queenie Esther Fuller and Sister Colleen Ann Thomas.\r\nHe leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted mother, Diana Fuller; grandmother, Vinnie Barlow; a loving son, Dae'Shaun Michael Barlow; sisters, Shevaughda Jelks, Jowana Barlow, Latonya Hinton, and Juanita Jackson; brothers, Jerdale Jackson, and Andre Jelks; nieces and nephews, Anthonyce (Darris), Sheca (Trey), Charlesha, and Charles. Altoona's brothers and sisters and to his friends and the Barlow (B-Unit) family. \r\nVisitation will be held at First Baptist Church in Eau Claire this afternoon, September 21, 2006, from 3:30 to 6 p.m. A Memorial service will follow the visitation at 6:30 p.m. at church. Funeral and burial services will be held Saturday in Gary, IN.\r\n
