JOYCE A. WENDT, 66, Rt. 2, Box 129, Eau Claire, died Wednesday, January 3, 1996 at Luther Hospital.\r\nShe was born December 2, 1929 to Henry and Elizabeth (Curry) Perry in Eau Claire. Joyce married Lawrence Wendt on May 6, 1950 in Eau Claire. She was employed by the State of Wisconsin in the Unemployment Hearing Office until her retirement in 1993.\r\nSurvivors include her husband Larry; one daughter, Susan (Mike) McQuillan of Humbird; one brother, Tom (Marlene) Perry of Eau Claire; two grandchildren, Bri and Dan McQuillan.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Hank and Don.\r\nFuneral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Plymouth United Church of Christ, with Sr. Margaret Trzebiatowski, S.S.J., officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery.\r\nFriends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church. \r\nShe thoroughly enjoyed her family and friends, and Jazz music.
