June G. Hotchkiss, 90, of Eau Claire, died Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at her daughter's home in the Town of Wheaton.\r\nShe was born in Eau Claire on June 2, 1920, a daughter of Norwegian Immigrant parents, Endre and Mary (Swenson) Anderson. She was one of thirteen children \r\nJune married Warren G. Hotchkiss on December 12, 1942, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Eau Claire.\r\nJune enjoyed camping and fishing with her family on the Chetek Chain of Lakes. She bought and sold antiques, and was an artistic quilt maker.\r\nJune will be remembered in her neighborhood for riding her "Scooter" throughout the neighborhood while walking her dog, "Benny".\r\nJune is survived by her two sons, Warren (Rosalie) Hotchkiss of Eau Claire and Mark Hotchkiss of Eau Claire; three daughters, Pamela "Cookie" (James) Johnson of Chippewa Falls, Sabra "Tootsie" (Dennis) Duback of Herron Island, WA, and Hollis (Brad) House of Eau Claire; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; one brother, Donald Anderson of Neillsville, WI; one sister, Virginia "Gina" Gardner of Eau Claire; many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her loving cat, "Violet".\r\nShe was preceded in death by her husband Warren in 2000; parents; and ten siblings.\r\nFuneral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Avenue in Eau Claire with Rev. Rolf A. Nestingen officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Eau Claire.
