Keng Xiong, age 44, of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, left us too soon on February 20, 2025.

He was born on August 8, 1980, to Willis Chue Kou Xiong and Shoua Xiong in Wheaton, Illinois. Keng is predeceased by his grandparents, and survived by his parents, his wife, Maiyia Vang, and their two daughters, Madison and Brooklynn Xiong. He is also survived by his siblings: Mai Gao Xiong (Degaul Yang), Ka Bao Baker (Jamison Baker), Kia Vang (Calvin Vang), Kee Xiong (Linda Vang), Michael Xiong (Priscilla Yang), and Andrew Xiong (Sunshine Yang), along with his nieces and nephews.

Keng was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and uncle. His gentle spirit, kindness, and warm smile offered comfort to everyone around him. Keng had a deep love for fishing and often shared photos on social media, capturing moments spent on his boat. Along with fishing, Keng enjoyed all sorts of sports. He would often be seen wearing a sports jersey, and loved to talk about sports. He enjoyed traveling the world with his wife and daughters, delighting in the opportunity to try new foods during their adventures. Keng truly embraced life to the fullest, savoring each moment and cherishing every memory he created with family and friends.

Keng will be greatly missed by all.

A memorial service will be held to honor Keng's memory from Saturday, March 15, 8:00 A.M. through Monday, March 17, 9:00 A.M. at the Eau Claire Area Hmong Mutual Association, 1320 West Clairemont Avenue, Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701.
