Kenneth W. Wolf, 80, of Eau Claire, died Sunday, December 20, 2009, at Harbor House in Eau Claire. He was born on February 6, 1929, in Eau Claire. Kenneth was the son of Frederick and Bernice (Anderson) Wolf.\r\nHe graduated from Eau Claire Senior High School with the class of 1948, and then attended Eau Claire Technical College.\r\nHe entered the U.S. Navy on June 29, 1948, and was honorably discharged on June 24, 1952.\r\nKenney married Joan M. Easterson on June 27, 1959, in Eau Claire at First Lutheran Church. They celebrated 50 years of marriage this past June.\r\nHe worked as an electrician in construction for many years, then as an electrician at UniRoyal, and finished his career as electrical inspector for the City of Eau Claire.\r\nHe was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, and a lifetime member of VFW Post #305. He was a member of Sanctuary Lodge #347 F&AM, a 32nd degree Mason, and the Mehara Shrine Club of Eau Claire.\r\nKenney is survived by his wife, Joan; brother, David Wolf of Eau Claire; aunt, Mildred Woletz of Eau Claire; brother-in-law, Robert (Arlene) Easterson of Oshkosh; two sisters-in-law, Shirley (Wayne) Gorell of Stevens Point and Bonnie (Steve) Haug of Eau Claire; nieces, nephews, and cousins.\r\nHe was preceded in death by his parents\r\nFuneral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2009, at Hope Lutheran Church, Eau Claire, with Pastor Randy Olson officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lenmark Gomsrud Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.
