KONNIE J. STEINKE-DOBNICK, 32, of South Beloit, IL, and formerly of Eau Claire, died Thursday, November 26, 1998 in Beloit, WI. She was born February 12, 1966 in Beloit, to John and Jane (O'Neill) Steinke. She moved to Eau Claire in 1971 with her mother and sister. She attended Epiphany Lutheran School and other area schools. Konnie married Ron Dobnick on August 12, 1987 in Illinois. \r\nShe worked for several companies through the years and was presently employed by Chrysler Corp. at their Belvedere, IL, assembly plant, but her full time joy was being a devoted mother to her three children. Konnie always wanted to be a mother and her children were her main priority. She enjoyed the outdoors- camping and fishing but mostly spending time with family and friends. \r\nGoing through pictures of Konnie, one can't help but notice her brilliant smile present on all of them. That smile reflected her bubbly, outgoing personality. She always had a way of making people laugh, and brought joy and happiness to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. \r\nSurvivors include her three children, Shane Dennis, Kaytlyn Rae and Jessika Leigh of Rockton,IL; her parents, Jane O'Neill of Elk Mound and John Steinke of South Beloit, IL; two sisters, Kelley Wright of Eau Claire and Stevi O'Neill of Elk Mound; Her grandparents, Mabel O'Neill, and Marvin and Julia Steinke all of Eau Claire; four aunts, three uncles, two nieces and three nephews; and numerous cousins and friends. \r\nShe was preceded in death by her grandpa, James O'Neill; her uncle, Dennis Steinke; and her companion, Guy Haskins. \r\nKonnie will be sadly missed by everyone whose life she touched, and all who knew and loved her. \r\nFuneral Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Epiphany Lutheran Church with Pastor Frederick C. Sauder officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home and an hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.
