Kristine M. Hallum, 50, of Eau Claire, died Saturday, April 5, 2003 at Luther Hospital. She was born to Marvin and Eunice Bradford on February 17, 1953 in Eau Claire. She graduated from Memorial High School with the class of 1971 and later earned a associates degree in electronics from Chippewa Valley Technical College.\r\nKris married Richard Hallum on October 5, 1985 at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.\r\nShe worked at K Mart and then at Ameritech SBC.\r\nKris loved her family, making quilts, photography and traveling. She was an active member of Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. \r\nShe is survived by husband, Richard; two sons, Joe (fiancé Jenny) and Peter; stepchildren, Douglas (Paula), Jeremy (fiancé Cindy), and Wendy; two grandchildren, Wesley Harris and Clare Hallum; her mother, Eunice Johnston and stepfather, Franklin Johnston; brothers and sister, Steve (Debbie) Bradford, Kay (Tom) Karker, Wayne (Karen) Johnston and Steve (Sue) Johnston; mothers-in-law, Phyllis Hallum and Donna Hallum; brothers and sisters-in-law, Keith (Kathy) Hallum, Sandy (Ward) Anderson, Barry (Julie) Hallum, Lisa (Randy) Hiekel and Joe Hallum; aunts and uncles, Vivian Hess, LaVerne Bradford, Lloyd (Marlys) Bradford and Otis (Zelma) Dahl; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Bradford; brother, Mickey Johnston; and father-in-law, Howard Hallum.\r\nKris was loved and will be missed by all.\r\nFuneral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2003 at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd with Pastor John E. Hosmann officiating. Burial will be in Waneka Cemetery in Dunn County. Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.
