Obituary

Kristine M. Lashley, 40, of Chippewa Falls, died unexpectedly Saturday, September 9, 2006, at her home. Kristine was born July 20, 1966, in Eau Claire, the daughter of George and Julie (Krause) Renz. She was baptized and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church, and was active in Sunday school and choir at church.\r\nShe graduated from Eau Claire North High School in 1984 where she was active with music in the school band. \r\nKristine married Roger Lashley at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Eau Claire on July 23, 1983.\r\nKristine was a loving mother for her children who were very special to her. She had a huge heart and helped out as a great friend and caregiver for their friends through the years. Kristine is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Roger; two sons, Ben and Jesse; her daughter, Heather all of Chippewa Falls; her wonderful parents, George and Julie Renz of Eau Claire; brother, Michael Renz of Chippewa Falls; mother-in-law, Carol (Neil) Ingersol of Racine; father-in-law, Ken (Peggy) Lashley of River Falls; seven nieces and nephews, Seth and Tryphina Renz, Cassie, Lisa, and Kenny Thompson, and Ashley and Adam Sorenson; and aunts and uncles.\r\nShe was preceded in death by an infant daughter; and her grandparents, Julius and Hulda Krause, and Henry and Anna Renz.\r\nServices will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 14, 2006, at Immanuel Lutheran Church with Pastor David K. Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Lutheran Church Cemetery, Eau Claire. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Thursday at the church. Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.\r\n \r\n
