Obituary
La Goria Elsie Baer, 84, formerly of 520 Congress St., died Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at Luther Hospital. \r\nShe was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, on September 1, 1921, the daughter of James and Blanch (Garr) Farrell. She grew up in the Chicago area and moved to Eau Claire as a young child.\r\nLa Goria married Sydney Baer on September 1, 1972 at First Baptist Church in Eau Claire.\r\nLa Goria was a member of Grace Lutheran Church here in Eau Claire.\r\nSurvivors include a son, Frank Pritchow; and an aunt-in-law, Bernice Geitz of Eau Claire.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney "Teddy" Baer in 1996.\r\nGraveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at Forest Hill Cemetery with the Rev. David J. Irgens officiating. \r\n\r\n
