Laura A. Freeman passed away Sunday, December 24, 2006, at the Syverson Nursing Home in Eau Claire. She was born in Eau Claire, WI on September 3, 1924, the daughter of Willis and Dora (Nichols) Freeman. Laura lived her entire life in Eau Claire.\r\nLaura is survived by a brother, Edward (Edith) Freeman; seven nieces and nephews, Linda (Dennis) Harings of Fort Wayne, IN, Gary (Louise), Vernon (Cindy), Rodney and Kevin Freeman, all of Chippewa Falls, WI, Janese (Joe) Hinojosa of Houston TX, and Carolynn (Patrick) Brenner of Port Orange, FL. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews. \r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Walter.\r\nFuneral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, December 28, 2006, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, with Pastor Debra Boynton officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Eau Claire. Family and friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Thursday.
