Leah R Turk, 82, of Eau Claire WI, passed away on March 30, 2024, at Beehive Homes in Eau Claire. Leah was born in Eau Claire, WI on July 29, 1941, to Gerald and Florence LaPage. She graduated from Memorial High School in 1959 and married Robert D. Turk at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in 1961. Leah worked at The Flame Supper Club in Chippewa Falls and at the Northern Wisconsin State Fair. She enjoyed gardening, and fishing with family and friends at Yellow Lake, in Webster Wisconsin. Leah is survived by her children, Dan (Judi) Turk of South St. Paul, Dana (Tony) Nicolai of Eau Claire and Linda (John) Till of Menomonie; sister, Janice Lekvin of Eau Claire; brother-in-law, Roger (Lavonne) Turk of Eleva; grandchildren, Brittany (Joe) Jerhoff, Melissa Nicolai (Alex Shoemaker), Brett and Brook Radke; great-grandchild, Eleanor Jerhoff as well as many nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Florence and Gerald; her husband, Robert, parents-in-law, Doris and Elmer Turk; brothers, Larry (Janice) LaPage, and Pete (Joan) LaPage; brother-in-law, Patrick Lekvin; sister-in-law, Vicky (Wilbur) Vogler, Karen (Denny) Swords and nephews Dave Blaeser and Todd Sly. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 601 Fall Street, Eau Claire, with Rev. Jeff Carlson officiating.
