Lee Wayne Staley, 35, of Fall Creek, was called home to his Heavenly Father where he was welcomed with open arms on April 17, 2006.He was born on April 29, 1970 in Pawnee, OK, the son of Jerry and May (Cowan) Staley. He graduated from High School and went on to college to earn an associates degree in Baking. Lee moved to Eau Claire in the late 1990's. He married Donna M. Lauer on September 13, 2003 in Fall Creek. Among his hobbies were his love for fishing, wood burning, and watching wresting. He also loved the Lord and sharing his love with other people. Lee is survived by his wife, Donna, of Fall Creek; his mother, May Staley of Yale, OK; two step children, Donna&Fred Lauer; two sisters, Gail (Brian) Pulliam of Euless, TX and Tina Staley of Ripley, OK; a niece, Hope Pulliam of Euless, TX; two grandmothers, Grace Cowan of Vici, OK, and Edith Staley of Stillwater, OK. He is further survived by many special friends.He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry; and grandfathers, Henry Cowan and Johnny Staley.Memorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, April 22, 2006 at Faith Evangelical Free Church, where they were married, in Fall Creek with Pastor Steve Hurd officiating. Family and friends may call one half hour prior to the services at the church.Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral&Cremation Services is serving the family.
